In 2023, she began cultivating her knowledge of Sound Journeys at the Lotus Meditation Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, which included, Group Sound Healing, Singing Bowl Massages, Chakra Healing Therapy and Tibetian Style Relaxation Therapy using brass sound bowls and various other instruments.
