Tyler Dollison

Tyler Shah is an entrepreneur, therapist, life coach, author, and creator dedicated to helping individuals heal and elevate their lives. With over 12 years in law enforcement—including extensive work as a School Resource Officer—Tyler brings a unique blend of leadership, psychological insight, and lived experience. Tyler is also the co-founder of Men WAVE (Walking Aligned Victoriously Elevated), a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting men through community, wellness, and empowerment.

Tyler is passionate about supporting members of the Black/African American and LGBTQ+ communities, encouraging others to live freely, purposefully, and aligned with their true selves.
