Shaunda Williams, B.A. Psychology
Behavioral Support Specialist | QDDP | QMHP-T
I am a Behavioral Support Specialist with a background in psychology, developmental disability services, and community-based behavioral support. Although I provide education-based Positive Behavior Supports focused on skill development, emotional regulation, and improving participation in school, home, and community environments, I do not include independent clinical therapy or mental health treatment. My work emphasizes strengths-based, instructional strategies aligned with PBIS, MTSS, and person-centered practices, with experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism through structured routines, adaptive skill coaching, and positive behavior support.
I hold qualifications as a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional–Trainee (QMHP-T).
