BIO
My name is Natasha Wiafe, and I specialize in helping people rebuild their bodies after injury, surgery, and major life transitions.
I’m a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and pending Nutrition Coach with a background in rehabilitation and sports medicine. Before transitioning into coaching, I spent over four years working in physical therapy settings with ATI Physical Therapy and ACES Physical Therapy, where I served as a Senior Rehab Technician and trained over 20 technicians across multiple clinics.
During that time, I worked closely with individuals recovering from post-operative procedures, car accidents, workplace injuries, neurological conditions, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. That experience shaped the way I approach training today.
I don’t believe in random workouts or one-size-fits-all programs.
My approach is rooted in understanding how the body moves, where it compensates, and how to rebuild strength in a way that is both safe and effective. I focus on restoring proper movement patterns, improving mobility and stability, and helping clients regain confidence in their bodies—not just physically, but mentally as well.
This work is also deeply personal to me.
After a severe car accident, both of my parents sustained multiple traumatic injuries, including femur fractures and neurological complications. I played a direct role in supporting their recovery as they progressed from being wheelchair-bound to living active, independent lives again.
That experience changed everything.
It showed me that recovery isn’t just about exercise—it’s about restoring independence, rebuilding trust in your body, and creating a path forward when things feel uncertain.
Today, I specialize in working with individuals who are:
Recovering from injury or surgery
Managing chronic pain or movement limitations
Returning to exercise after time away
Navigating postpartum or neurological recovery
Looking to rebuild strength safely and intentionally
My goal is simple:
to help you restore your body, rebuild your strength, and move forward with confidence.
