My name is Monique, and while I am not a medical doctor, I am a certified hypnotist. I help people find the path that seems to elude them. As an Army veteran, and mother of 3 children, I am intimately familiar with stress, child and teen drama, and real life trauma. No matter what life throws your way, there simply is no helpful manual to cover every situation. No guide to tell you what you should do when you just don't know. The magic of hypnosis is it shows you a resource that most people ignore their whole lives. Your unconscious mind. I didn't find the magic of hypnosis until I unwittingly used it through a visualization exercise, to push a very debilitating case of the flu completely out of my body. I actually felt it leave in real time in reaction to the self hypnosis thoughts that I had walked myself through. I've used this technique over the years to overcome many things, and after a technical career followed my military service, I rediscovered hypnosis as a tool to help with the parenting of my third child. Subsequently, I've continued my interest in practice in it along with reiki and healing meditations, learning many methods and building my experience and skills throughout the years. I've only recently become officially certified in Neo-Eriksonian hypnotherapy in 2025. And a more direct Elman style course of certification this year. Whether it is dealing with chronic pain, quitting smoking, quieting the noise of overwhelm, or helping a child stop wetting the bed, there is a case where hypnosis has helped.
