Kiara Norwood

I am a certified relationship coach, a certified level 3 Reiki practitioner, and a certified holistic herbalist. My background includes work in the mental health and social services fields as a clinical therapist. I decided to transition to working in holistic wellness after experiencing a myriad of mental and physical health concerns and finding holistic remedies to achieve wellness, as well as observing that typical medical model practices weren’t beneficial in helping BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folx to heal trauma or achieve wellness in a holistic manner. My services involve helping you to balance your nervous system (where many of our mental/emotional upsets occur,) helping you build and maintain healthy relationships, helping you remove any blocked/stagnant energy and balance your chakras, and providing herbal consultations to help you decrease distress and maintain holistic wellness. I offer virtual services on weekdays to clients from any state/location and in person services on weekends in Evanston, IL. Please reach out to me with any questions!
