I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients throughout California and Texas. I work with high-achieving Black professionals and couples who are successful, capable, and deeply relied upon by others, yet privately navigating stress, relational strain, and emotional fatigue.

My clients are often leaders in their industries, in their families, and in their communities. They know how to perform. They know how to produce. What they are seeking is a space where they can be fully human without managing perception.

I specialize in helping ambitious individuals unpack generational pressure, relationship patterns, emotional avoidance, and the quiet loneliness that can come with being the strong one. Our work is intentional, strategic, and emotionally honest.
