After a rebirth during a plant medicine retreat in San Isidro, Costa Rica in 2021, she realized the obligation of personal healing and how powerful sound and meditation can be to guide the healing journey. In 2023, she began cultivating her knowledge of Sound Journeys at the Lotus Meditation Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, which included, Group Sound Healing, Singing Bowl Massages, Chakra Healing Therapy and Tibetian Style Relaxation Therapy using brass sound bowls and various other instruments. Training in yoga, pranayama & meditation with gurus at Triguna Yoga in Rishikesh, India, she uses their wisdom in her ceremonies to encourage emotional, mental and spiritual bliss. Her practice in Reiki focuses on relieving physical pain manifested from a mind and body imbalance, which she is currently taking additional courses to become a master in.

She provided Sound Healing, Breathwork, Meditation & Reiki practices in various locations in New York City as well as in Rishikesh and Kathmandu since 2023. She focuses mainly on the Eastern Philosophy teaching of mindfulness, clarity and the balance of chakras, as well as the balance of logic and emotion. Utilizing theories from psychology and neuroscience, she establishes a therapeutic energy, fostering a safe and supportive environment for expression.

The plant medicine Sananga (sacred Peruvian eye drops) can be offered in certain ceremonies, which cleanses the eyes and soul; balancing one's chakras and activating the Third Eye. After connecting with its feminine energy, she began studying how to hold space for the medicinal practice in 2023 in Cusco, Peru, where she found that sound is the best guide for one to fully embody its effects.

Every Sound Journey will have a different main focus, but will consist of pranayama to promote clarity of the mind before transitioning into a guided meditation. Aside from utilizing sound bowls, the sounds of tingshas, chimes, Native Flutes and a conch may be incorporated before closing with a baritone ukulele led song circle for energizing vibrational therapy; connecting further with oneself and all living beings.
