BIO
I’m a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and emerging clinicians. My work is grounded in culturally attuned, integrative care that honors the full complexity of your story — including the parts shaped by identity, community, and lived experience.
I blend narrative, somatic, and solution‑focused approaches to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, make meaning of your experiences, and move toward the life you want with clarity and intention. Whether we’re exploring anxiety, relationship patterns, boundaries, or the impact of trauma, I offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, and be fully seen.
I’m especially committed to supporting Black and Brown clients and clinicians, creating spaces where healing, growth, and professional development feel accessible, affirming, and grounded in cultural understanding. In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for LPC Associates and graduate trainees, with a focus on reflective practice, ethical grounding, and developing your authentic therapeutic voice.
My goal is simple: to walk with you as you build a life that feels aligned, empowered, and true to who you are.
