Chantell Siler

Chantell Siler is the founder of DAH Expressive Coaching, where she helps clients reconnect with their authentic selves through expressive arts, somatic movement, massage therapy, and energy work. Certified as a Life Coach, Chantell combines professional training with years of hands-on experience in massage and Reiki. Her journey of self-discovery taught her that true healing integrates mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by clients who encouraged her to expand into coaching, Chantell now guides others in peeling away the masks of expectation, embracing who they truly are, and creating lives of freedom, authenticity, and self-love.
