As a mental health professional, I am called to offer insight, encouragement, and guidance, grounded in Christian faith, to support individuals on their journey toward healing and wholeness.
I specialize in helping people recognize and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to improve how they feel and function, provide a supportive space where partners work together to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship, and individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to find their own solutions.
