My clinical and wellness background allows me to understand the complexities of health and wellness. My lived experience helps me connect with people on a deeper level, creating a safe and relatable environment where each client’s voice is heard.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for a variety of primary care and mental health conditions, empowering clients with holistic support on their whole health wellness journey. I am passionate about teaching health promotion and disease prevention education to clients.

My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive and patient centered. I treat the whole person by creating a mutual safe space, respectful space where each client feels heard, seen, valued and empowered on their healing journey. My goal is to teach each client to achieve lasting results on their health and wellness journey through personalized care.
