Feature Listing Program
The Featured Listings Program is a paid promotional opportunity within the Holistic Melanin Directory designed to provide increased visibility for approved wellness professionals and organizations. Participation in the program is subject to availability and the terms outlined below.
Program Overview

Featured Listings are scheduled on a monthly basis.

Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

A Featured Listing is not secured until full payment has been received.

Submission of an application alone does not guarantee placement.
Content Edits & Submission Deadlines

Featured Listing content may be edited or updated up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled feature start date.

No edits will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled placement.

All submitted content must comply with Holistic Melanin’s Directory Guidelines and Community Standards.
Holistic Melanin reserves the right to request revisions, decline content, or remove material that does not meet platform requirements.
Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All Feature Listing purchases are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, missed deadlines, or changes in business circumstances.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled feature date and are subject to availability and approval at the sole discretion of Holistic Melanin, in addition to a rescheduling fee.

How It Works
Application Submission
Applicants must complete and submit the official Feature Listing application.
Receive Payment Link & Month of Placement
A payment link is sent after the feature request is approved. Included is the first available month for listing.
Make Payment
Feature Listings are reserved only upon successful payment. Unpaid applications will not be held.
Confirmation & Scheduling
Upon receipt of payment, Holistic Melanin will issue a confirmation email verifying the month of the Featured Listing placement.
