Peace Family, It's a new year, so I decided that I would do one of those self introduction pieces. I'm not going to pretend to have evolved into a whole new person in this new calendar year, but I think it would be nice to see what mindset I'm going the year with. Goals for 2018: Speak my truth in a way that doesn't hurt others needlessly, drink half my weight in water, create a morning and night routine that makes me feel my best, delve into minimalism and get rid of things that no longer serve me.
