Holistic can be defined as characterized by comprehension of the parts of something as intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole.
Medically holistic is defined as being characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the physical symptoms of a disease.
So what does this all mean?
Think of yourself as a die. Each side of the die represents a different aspect of who you are. Living holistically means checking in with each side of the die and working to balance all sides of the die.
So eat what makes you happy and what your body needs to balance your physical side. You exercise for your physical aspect as well. But when you do yoga it's for your body, your mind and your spirit.
Aromatherapy, exercise, food, drink, crystals, chakras, auras, meditation, card readings, mindfulness, green beauty, and the products are just a few things that can fall into what it means to live holistically. So that's what we are going to cover. I'm going to bring you along with me on my journey. Every reading, every crystal, every book, every toy (because I consider pleasure, sexuality and sexual health to be a huge part of taking care of yourself), every thankful moment, every experience, every box and anything else I can think of, I'm going to be sharing with you. We are going to take this journey one day at a time, together.
